Meet Our Inspector

My name is William Vicaire and I am the proprietor of Discovery Home Inspection. I am an ASHI Certified Inspector and a FABI Master Inspector. Buying a home can be one of the most exciting experiences of your lifetime and it can also be one of the most stressful. My goal, as your home inspector, is to give you an accurate description of exactly what you are buying and to take some of the "stress" out of the process!

Our Process

A home consists of many "systems," and it is my job to inform you what those systems are, how they work, and what condition they are in. At the completion of your inspection, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the entire structure and will be provided with a printed report, on site, so you can make an educated decision relative to your purchase.
